The FireballKaraoke plugin for VirtualDJ costs nothing, needs no account, and works with the Wi-Fi off. Rotation, singer profiles and keys, the audience screen, party tools, and the sound board are yours whether or not you ever subscribe.

Billing questions, answered
Does the plugin cost anything?
No. The FireballKaraoke plugin for VirtualDJ is free forever and works with no account and no internet. The subscription is for the cloud half: phone requests, the host remote, singer accounts, and backups.
Do I need a card to start the free month?
Yes, and nothing is charged that day. The card is on file so your service continues at the end of the month instead of stopping in the middle of a Friday night. Cancel before the month is up and you are never charged.
When am I charged?
One month after you sign up, then every month or every year depending on the plan you picked. A receipt lands in your inbox each time.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the cloud pages ask you to resubscribe and your rig stops opening cloud request pages. The plugin carries on running your show exactly as before.
Do you give refunds?
Cancel any time and you keep the rest of the period you paid for. We do not refund part of a period.
Is my data deleted if I leave?
No. Your rigs, singers, shows, and backups are still there if you come back. The free month is only offered once, so a returning subscription starts billing straight away.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing switches off that night. We email you, you update the card, and everything comes back on its own.
