Request a song from your phone

Scan, type your name, find your song, and watch your spot in the rotation.

At a FireballKaraoke show you request from your own phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Scan and join

Point your camera at the QR code on the screen or the table card. The request page opens in your browser.

Type the name you want called out. That is it. The page tells you as you type whether the name is fine, and if you have sung with this host before it offers to pick up where you left off.

Find your song

Search by title or artist. You are searching the host's actual karaoke library, so what you see is what they can play tonight. If they use disc series, the buttons across the top narrow it down fast.

Tap the song you want. A card slides up asking whether you want the key changed, up or down. Leave it alone if you sing it as written. Then send it.

Waiting

Your request goes to the KJ, not straight into the list. They approve it, and then your phone shows your spot, roughly how long the wait is, and what is playing right now.

You can have two requests waiting at once. Cancel one yourself if you change your mind, and drop songs out of your own queue without flagging the KJ down.

If the song is not there

Send a wish. It is a note to the KJ about a song they do not have, and some hosts take them and some do not. If the button is missing tonight, this host has them switched off.

Nothing is happening

If the page says the show has not started, you are early: leave it open and it wakes up by itself. If it says requests are paused, the KJ has stopped the queue for a moment.

Want it to remember you

A free account keeps your history, your keys, and your favourites, at this show and every other one.
