Hosting on FireballKaraoke.com starts with a free month. The plugin itself is free forever and is not part of this: the subscription is the cloud half, the part that gives you phone requests, the host remote, singer accounts, and backups.
Starting the trial
You enter a card when you sign up. Nothing is charged that day. The card is there so the subscription can simply continue when the month ends, rather than stopping your show at the worst moment.
When you are charged
One month after you sign up, at the plan you picked: $9.99 a month, or $99.90 a year, which is two months free. You get an email receipt each time a payment goes through.
Cancelling during the trial
Cancel before the month is up and you are never charged. See managing your subscription.
After a cancellation
If you come back later you are welcome, but the free month is a one time thing: a returning subscription starts billing straight away. Your rigs, your singers, your shows, and your history are all still there.
Comped accounts
Some accounts are comped, which works exactly like a subscription without a card. If yours is, you will know.
Questions about a charge
Write to [email protected] with the date and we will look it up. Payments are handled by Square, so your card details are theirs, not ours: we never see the number.
