Your subscription is managed from your account on FireballKaraoke.com, and you can leave whenever you like.
Cancelling
Cancel from your billing page. By default the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so a cancellation on the second of the month does not throw away the rest of that month. You keep everything until that date.
If you would rather stop immediately, that option is there too.
What happens when it ends
The cloud pages ask you to resubscribe: the dashboard, your rigs, the host remote, singers, shows, venues, backups, blocked names, and your profile. Your rig also stops opening cloud request pages, so there is no phone door at the next show.
A show that is already running is never interrupted. If a subscription runs out mid show, that night finishes normally.
The plugin is unaffected. It is free software that works offline, and your rotation, singer profiles, audience screen, party features, and sound board all carry on exactly as before. That is the point of the split: the thing running your show tonight does not depend on your subscription being current.
Your data
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your rigs, roster, history, shows, and backups are all still there when you come back.
Restarting
Subscribe again from the same place and everything reconnects. The free month is not offered a second time, so billing starts immediately.
Changing plan or card
Both from the billing page. Moving from monthly to annual is two months free a year, which pays for itself if you are hosting regularly.
If a payment fails
See when a payment fails. Nothing is switched off the moment a card is declined.
